These night sky theemed particles work with Poiyomi Toon Shaders or LilToon Shaders. You have to have basic unity knowledge to use them and create toggles for it. I still added a link to a tutorial for toggles for you in case you need it. You are free to edit and add them to your personal, broadcasting, and comercial proyects as long as you give me proper credit and link to this page.
